• File: libs/libs-ai/ai-agent-knowledge/src/lib/components/knowledge-viewer/knowledge-viewer.component.ts
• Issue: takeUntilDestroyed() was being called outside injection context
• Fix: Added destroyRef parameter to all takeUntilDestroyed() calls (lines 123, 160, 181)
• Status: ✅ No more runtime errors

2. Module Intelligence Harvesting - FIXED ✅

• File: apps/gograb-space/src/app/app.config.ts
• Issue: Harvester was running before modules were registered (found 0 modules)
• Fix: Moved harvester initialization to run AFTER all modules are registered, with 500ms delay
• Status: ✅ Should now harvest all registered modules
