TL;DR for future agents: Read this before deploying ANYTHING to Cloudflare.

🚨 Critical Rules

1. ALWAYS Clear Cache Before Deploy

nx reset && rm -rf dist/apps/{APP_NAME}

Why? NX caches builds aggressively. Even with code changes, it may serve old builds.

2. ALWAYS Use --skip-nx-cache

yarn nx build {APP_NAME} --configuration=production --skip-nx-cache

Why? Forces fresh compilation. Without this, you might deploy stale code.

3. ALWAYS Use Correct Branch

Why? Custom domains are bound to Production environment. Wrong branch = Preview only.
