🎯 Project Selection Page Fix - Loading Overlay Issue

Issue: Project selection page stuck on loading screen
Status: ✅ FIXED

🐛 Problem

Symptoms

• Navigate to /select-project
• Page shows "Loading... Preparing your content..."
• Project selection UI never appears
• Stuck indefinitely on loading screen

Root Cause

The AppComponent had a global loading overlay that was being displayed for ALL routes, including the project selection page. This overlay:

1. Started in ngOnInit
2. Ran for 2 seconds (hardcoded timeout)
3. Covered the entire screen
4. Prevented the ProjectSelectionComponent from being visible

Added a check to skip the loading overlay for the project selection page:

Why This Works

1. Early Return: When on /select-project, the method returns immediately
2. No Overlay: Loading overlay is never started
3. Instant Render: ProjectSelectionComponent renders immediately
4. Component Loading: The component has its own loading state that shows "Loading projects..." briefly

🎯 User Experience Flow

Before Fix ❌

User navigates to /select-project
  → AppComponent starts global loading overlay
    → Shows "Loading... Preparing your content..."
      → Waits 2 seconds (hardcoded)
        → ProjectSelectionComponent starts loading
          → User sees nothing for 2+ seconds
            → BAD EXPERIENCE

After Fix ✅

User navigates to /select-project
  → AppComponent detects route and skips overlay
    → ProjectSelectionComponent renders immediately
      → Shows "Loading projects..." (component's own loading)
        → Loads project data (~100-300ms)
          → Shows project cards
            → SMOOTH EXPERIENCE
