Search Results: Duplicate Project Badge Fix

Purpose: Remove duplicate project name display in search results

🐛 Problem

User reported that project badges were appearing twice in each search result:

1. "BitGato" result showed:

   • Badge: "GOGRAB-PULSE"
   • Text: "GoGrab-Pulse"
   • Both displaying the same project name!

2. "Firebase Database" results showed:

   • Badge: "GOGRAB-SPACE"
   • Text: "GoGrab-Space"
   • Duplicate display!

🔍 Root Cause

The search result template was displaying the project name twice:

In Template (Line 103-112)

The Issue: Both result.projectName and result.section contained the same value, causing the template to display the project name twice.

✅ Solution

Removed the redundant <span class="section-name"> element since the project-badge already displays the project name clearly.

🎯 Search Result Structure (After Fix)

Each search result now has a clean, non-duplicate structure:

Components:

1. Color Bar: Visual indicator on the left (different color per project)
2. Icon: Document icon (📄) or heading icon (#)
3. Title: Result title with search term highlighting
4. Project Badge: Single badge showing project name
5. Excerpt: Result excerpt with search term highlighting
6. Path: File path for reference

🧪 Testing

Test 1: Search "bit" on /select-project

✅ Results show from multiple projects
✅ Each result has ONE project badge (not two)
✅ Badge shows: "GOGRAB-PULSE", "GOGRAB-SPACE", etc.
✅ No duplicate text next to badge

Test 2: Search "database"

✅ Results from GoGrab-Space
✅ Badge shows: "GOGRAB-SPACE" (once)
✅ No "GoGrab-Space" text duplicate

Test 3: Visual Inspection

✅ Clean, professional appearance
✅ No cluttered duplicate labels
✅ Easy to scan results
✅ Project badges stand out clearly

✅ Verification

• Duplicate badge removed
• Search results display cleanly
• Project badges show once per result
• No linter errors
• Visual design is clean and professional
• Color-coded badges still work
• Contrast colors still applied

🎉 Status

COMPLETE - The duplicate project badge issue has been fixed! Search results now display the project name only once in a clean, professional badge format.
