FAQ
What happens when OpenAI / Google / Anthropic builds this?
They won't. Foundation model companies build horizontal infrastructure. GoGrab Space is a vertical operating layer — 238+ libraries, multi-universe architecture, persistent memory, omnichannel delivery. If we swap the underlying LLM, GoGrab still works. The value is in the compound system, not the model.
Isn't this just a wrapper around GPT?
500,000+ lines of production TypeScript. 238+ NX libraries. 12 applications. Patent-pending architecture. Three-tier memory with 105 validated outcomes in the live system. 80+ MCP tools. Bare metal sandbox fleet. A wrapper doesn't have its own database isolation, Computer Use infrastructure, omnichannel delivery, or intelligence that compounds over time.
How do you defend AI gross margins?
Multi-model routing: 60%+ of tasks go to lower-cost models. Decision caching eliminates redundant LLM calls via vector memory. Preflight uses 15x fewer input tokens than competitors. Inference costs drop 10x annually. Target blended gross margin: 89%.
What's the competitive moat if AI models keep improving?
Better models make GoGrab better, not obsolete. The moat is the data (105+ validated outcomes, growing), the architecture (238 libraries, multi-universe), the network effects (marketplace), and switching costs (persistent memory, team workflows). A competitor with a better model still starts at zero.
How is this different from Lovable or Bolt.new?
Lovable and Bolt.new generate disposable prototypes — stateless AI that forgets everything between sessions. GoGrab generates persistent, production-grade platforms with an AI that remembers every decision, monitors health 24/7, and works across 7 channels. They generate code. We generate, deploy, and operate platforms.
Why multi-universe architecture?
Traditional multi-tenant systems share databases and create data conflict risks at scale. Multi-universe gives each application its own database, deployment pipeline, and state, while enabling widget reuse across universes. Patent-pending. Took 2+ years to build correctly.
Can you show revenue?
We're pre-revenue — we spent 2+ years building the foundation before monetizing. Common for large AI seeds: Cognition raised $21M pre-revenue, Lovable raised $15M with minimal revenue. What we show: 500K+ lines of production code, 12 deployed applications, operational infrastructure, and a product that generates real platforms today.
What about code quality from AI generation?
Three mechanisms: (1) Output is standard Angular 20 + NestJS + MongoDB — real frameworks with real type safety. (2) The MCP learning system improves quality with every decision — anti-patterns detected and avoided automatically. (3) Live preview with real data validates before deployment.
Why $10M and not $3-5M?
The space is consolidating fast. $10M gives 18-24 months to reach $10M ARR and raise Series A from strength. A smaller raise means raising again in 9-12 months, distracting from execution during the critical launch window.
What's the exit path?
IPO at $1B+ ARR (Year 5 target). Strategic acquisition by enterprise software companies actively buying AI platforms (Figma was acquired for $20B). Cloud providers seeking platform building capabilities. The AI agent space is already producing $10B+ valuations.
