The Founder
Paco Guijarro — CEO & Technical Founder
15+ years architecting production platforms across e-commerce, enterprise SaaS, and developer tooling. Not a first-time founder experimenting with AI — a systems architect who recognized that AI platform building requires persistent intelligence, not stateless chat, and spent 2+ years building the compound system to prove it.
What Paco built personally — in this company:
- Designed Multi-Universe Architecture (patent-pending) from first principles
- Architected Vitto's three-tier memory system, metacognition engine, and multi-model orchestrator
- Built the 80+ tool MCP Intelligence Server
- Shipped 237+ engineering sessions across 12 applications
- Wrote and reviewed the core of a 500,000+ line codebase across 238+ NX libraries
Most AI startups are wrappers around foundation models — thin layers that break when the underlying API changes. Paco built the system — the architecture, the memory, the orchestration, the infrastructure. When models improve, GoGrab gets better automatically. When they change, GoGrab keeps working.
We Eat Our Own Cooking
GoGrab Space is built using GoGrab Space. The MCP Intelligence Server that powers the product is the same one used to build it. One founder shipped 500,000+ lines across 238 libraries and 12 applications — because the tooling works.
That's the strongest possible proof of the value proposition: you don't need a 15-person engineering team when you have the right AI infrastructure.
Our hiring plan reflects this. We're not building a dev army. We're building a small, elite team where Vitto handles the volume and humans handle the judgment.
Hiring Plan — Small Team, Massive Leverage
Core Technical (Months 1-6)
| Role | Count | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Platform Architect | 1 | Architecture decisions, system reliability, code review |
| AI/ML Engineer | 1 | Multi-model routing optimization, dossier learning, model fine-tuning |
| DevOps / Infrastructure | 1 | Sandbox fleet scaling, multi-region deployment, monitoring |
3 engineers total. Vitto handles generation, boilerplate, testing scaffolding, and routine development. The humans handle architecture, AI research, and infrastructure — the work that requires judgment, not volume.
Go-to-Market (Months 4-10)
| Role | Count | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Head of Growth | 1 | PLG engine, content strategy, community building |
| Developer Advocate | 1 | Tutorials, conferences, open-source presence, partnerships |
| Customer Success | 1 | Design partner management, onboarding, feedback loops |
Scale (Months 10-18)
| Role | Count | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Engineer | 1-2 | Marketplace features, enterprise-specific requirements |
| Sales (enterprise) | 1 | Enterprise pipeline, partnership deals |
Team at 18 months: 8-10 people. Not 50. Not 20. A founder, 4-5 engineers, and 4-5 GTM. This is what a company looks like when the AI actually works.
Why This Matters to Investors
Traditional SaaS companies spend 40-60% of revenue on R&D (headcount). Our engineering spend is structurally lower because Vitto accelerates development by an order of magnitude. That means:
- Faster path to profitability — smaller team = lower burn
- Higher capital efficiency — $10M funds 18-24 months with real runway
- Proof of thesis — if we can't build our own company with our own product, why would customers trust it?
Advisory Needs
| Domain | Why |
|---|---|
| Enterprise SaaS GTM | Procurement, enterprise pricing, channel strategy |
| AI/ML at scale | Model optimization, inference cost management |
| Platform ecosystems | Marketplace dynamics, creator economy mechanics |
