Building the Ferrari of Vibe Coding
Vision Statement
Build the "Ferrari of vibe coding" by generating complete, reusable modules (not just pages) that follow gograb-space's proven modular architecture, powered by AI and integrated with our superior foundation systems.
Introduction
Current State Analysis
What We Already Have (editor monorepo)
AI Generation:
- Image generation UI (multi-provider: DALL-E, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Video generation UI (RunwayML, Pika, Luma, Stability)
- AI chat with multi-provider support
- AI orchestrator for intelligent model selection
Foundation Systems:
- storage-system: Next-gen intelligent storage with MongoDB sync
- theme-system: Runtime theme switching with CSS variables
- widgets: 40+ widget types with UniversalWidgetGenerator
- editor-ui: Visual page editor with drag-drop
- singularity-lib: Logic Builder UI (currently returns mocks only)
- prompt-system: Template management for prompts
Problems:
- Image generation: Model/provider mismatch (DALLE trying to use "flux-1-pro")
- Singularity Logic Builder: Only returns mocks, not real executable logic
- No module contract system: Generating pages, not reusable modules
- Missing inter-module communication patterns
What gograb-space Has (module patterns to adopt)
Module Architecture:
- BrowserModuleContract: Standard interface all modules implement
- ModuleManifest: Metadata with navigation, embeddable components, public actions
- ModuleIntegratorService: Orchestrates module lifecycle
- Dynamic module loading via Angular lazy loading
- EmbeddableComponentRegistry: Share components between modules
- CrossModuleActionService: Execute actions across modules
- NavigationManagerService: Unified navigation
- AssetSharingService: Share assets between modules
Development Pattern:
- Modules as NX libraries in libs/modules/
- Each module: components + services + models + manifest + routes
- Mock API included for development
What We Need to Implement
1. Create a new NX reusable library "@smart-canvas":
No point in finishing improving the canvas inside our flow-composer - it would be smarter to continue working on a a new canvas that will be used to replace the existing canvas - implemented right now inside our flow-composer - before we attempt to do it across the rest of the other components using canvas. Few pointers:
Start from what we have inside our space-canvas, BUT - this should be an independent NX library called "@smart-canvas" (not @widgets-editor/canvas-system)
Enhance from that point on, removing the references to the specific "space" - this space theme can be an addon, rather than the main theme. In other words, I do like the idea of going through our different canvases, and ensuring that we leave the canvas basically costume-ready, so that it can immediately feel like a "space canvas", or a "modern canvas", or a "professional canvas", or a "editor canvas", etc.
Make sure you enhance the features to cover ALL the features across all our different canvases. This has to be the most comprehensive, intelligent, modern, and easy-to-use canvas there is.
Make sure the canvas is animated and extremely smooth.
Make sure the canvas is adapted to work on mobile devices
Make sure the canvas can move through smooth drag and drop
Make sure the message when we have NO elements can be easily modified - but we should leave a generic one (like the one attached in the screenshot) that covers most use cases. Remember, everything must be easily adjusted and extremely dynamic/flexible.
Do some research and stay open to using the most modern web tools to improve/enhance canvases using drag and drop.
Utilize our current NX libraries or elements as much as you can to maintain a familiar feel/look/usage. For example, I think our canvas should be ready to intelligently leverage "right clicks" through the use of our @context-menu/ and @toast/ just to mention few examples.
Features review:
- All interactions (zoom, drag, pan, etc)
- Intelligent and smooth
- Nodes connectivity
- Right click
- Intelligent canvas movement
- Smooth nodes movement
- Multi-theme ready
- Flexible and dynamic to cover all case of use
- 100% Reactive and smooth
- Modern and animated - cool and easy to use for example drag nodes to a trash bin to delete.
- Dynamic configurations to easily modify the content and the functionality
- Come of the configurations:
- Theme
- Nodes - design, content, functionality
- Storage - Where are we saving? - Ensuring we use our storage-system and flash-persistance
- custom content - for example message for when no nodes are availble in the canvas.
- Any other that you think would super-power/enhance our nx library "@smart-canvas"
- Come of the configurations:
And all the other features we have already discussed. Before you start, follow this: @add-new-library.md
Once our new "@smart-canvas" library is ready, we can start working on the rest of the components using canvas. Starting with the flow-composer on this task.
2. Improve the flow-composer component:
We have few issues:
After refresh, the nodes in the composition are lost, the canvas should be able to persist the composition we are working on, and make sure we have an interface we save for not only one composition, but for a group of compositions. In other words, just like we persists the logic-builder blocks and flows, we need to persist the groups of flows and compositions as well. Everything we build, has to persist, from the emallest block, to the biggest groups of compositions (composition).
Still can't connect the nodes - our logic-builder does this quite well, we love the svg connecting lines we built and everything else, do the same.
The drag and drop feels smoother/more natural inside our logic-builder as well. See if you can improve this.
We can't move around the canvas with drag and - again, see how we accomplish this inside our canvas for our logic-builder.
But before that, I have this idea for this point:
Maybe (just an idea) - it would be smart to create a reusable intelligent canvas that automatically calculates positioning, paints nodes, allows nodes to connect, etc. And all that we can change (allow dynamic) can be the style/content of the nodes/boxes, the style of the canvas (cuadricula, colors, etc), and even maybe the ability to include either a right side-bar or left side-bar (or both) - why? Because we need to drag and drop elements from those side-bars - this I'm not sure maybe it is not necessary you can analyze and if not needed and we can just allow drag and drop and paint the nodes without need to the sidenav its ok - but I also like this idea because we can re-calculate the total ui space easier whether the bars are collapsed or expanded.
Why reusable NX library for the canvas? Up to this point, we have at least 4 or 5 different places where we paint canvases, all different styles, all different purposes, but the ux its kind of the same across all of them. So I though, instead of continuing to add/build brand new canvases, why not try to have one we can almost plug and play, and only modify dynamic logic, nodes, style, etc.
Analyze my request and let me know what you think? (make sure you do some research, if we decide to do this, we would need to ensure our library is modern, performant, dynamic, beautiful and easy to use and re-use, though configurations of both the canvas, and the nodes/content inside of it. Regardless of how we move forward with point #4, we must fix the issues. If you decide to do this, create a plan of execution where you include all the features.

And all the other features we have already discussed. Make sure you analyze each canvas in-depth so that we get all the best features and functionality from each one of them, this is how we win on this nx library. The goal is NOT to lose features and be able to plug and play any of the 5 canvases and still get all the functionality we currently have, but to gain all the features and then easily re-use even as we continue to add more components that need to utilize a canvas.

What's Still Missing (Detailed Implementation Guide)
🎯 PRIORITY 1: Smart Canvas Integration (Solves 80% of Flow Composer Issues)
Why Smart Canvas First? Instead of fixing Flow Composer issues individually, implement @smart-canvas library that solves ALL canvas problems across 5 components:
Smart Canvas Implementation Plan:

Flow Composer Integration (Phase 2 Replacement):
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/components/flow-composer/flow-composer.component.ts
import { SmartCanvasComponent } from '@smart-canvas';
@Component({
template: `
<lib-smart-canvas
[config]="canvasConfig()"
[nodes]="flowNodes()"
[connections]="connections()"
(nodeAdded)="onFlowNodeAdded($event)"
(connectionCreated)="onConnectionCreated($event)">
<!-- Flow Library Sidebar -->
<lib-canvas-sidebar position="left">
<lib-flow-library [flows]="availableFlows()"></lib-flow-library>
</lib-canvas-sidebar>
<!-- Custom Flow Node Template -->
<ng-template canvasNodeTemplate let-node>
<lib-flow-node
[flowNode]="node"
[dragging]="isDragging(node.id)"
(portClick)="onPortClick($event)">
</lib-flow-node>
</ng-template>
</lib-smart-canvas>
`
})
🎯 PRIORITY 2: Complete Flow Composer Connection System
Missing Implementation Details:
2.1 Connection Layer (libs/smart-canvas/src/lib/components/connection-layer/):
// connection-layer.component.ts
export class ConnectionLayerComponent {
@Input() connections: FlowConnection[] = [];
@Input() viewBox: string = '0 0 1000 1000';
@Output() connectionClick = new EventEmitter<FlowConnection>();
// Calculate SVG bezier path for connection
calculateConnectionPath(conn: FlowConnection): string {
const { sourcePos, targetPos } = this.getPortPositions(conn);
const controlPointOffset = Math.abs(targetPos.x - sourcePos.x) * 0.5;
return `M ${sourcePos.x},${sourcePos.y}
C ${sourcePos.x + controlPointOffset},${sourcePos.y}
${targetPos.x - controlPointOffset},${targetPos.y}
${targetPos.x},${targetPos.y}`;
}
}
2.2 Connection Manager Service:
// connection-manager.service.ts
export class ConnectionManagerService {
private readonly storage = inject(StorageService);
async createConnection(
sourceNodeId: string, sourcePortId: string,
targetNodeId: string, targetPortId: string,
compositionId: string
): Promise<FlowConnection> {
// Validate connection (type compatibility, no cycles)
const isValid = await this.validateConnection(sourceNodeId, targetNodeId);
if (!isValid) throw new Error('Invalid connection');
// Create connection object
const connection: FlowConnection = {
id: this.generateId(),
sourceFlowNodeId: sourceNodeId,
sourcePortId,
targetFlowNodeId: targetNodeId,
targetPortId,
path: '', // Will be calculated by ConnectionLayer
color: this.getConnectionColor(sourcePortType),
animated: false,
createdAt: new Date(),
isValid: true,
validationErrors: []
};
// Save to storage-system
const storageKey = `smart-canvas:${compositionId}:connections`;
const connections = await this.storage.get<FlowConnection[]>(storageKey) || [];
connections.push(connection);
await this.storage.put(storageKey, connections);
return connection;
}
}
🎯 PRIORITY 3: Universe Management System (Complete Implementation)
Why This Matters: Multi-verse system is core to "Ferrari of vibe coding" - users need unlimited universes to organize projects.
Missing Services:
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/services/universe-manager.service.ts
export class UniverseManagerService {
private readonly storage = inject(StorageService);
// Use autoFlashState for current universe
readonly currentUniverseId = autoFlashState<string>('singularity:current-universe', 'default');
readonly universes = autoFlashState<Universe[]>('singularity:universes', []);
async createUniverse(name: string, description?: string): Promise<Universe> {
const universe: Universe = {
id: this.generateId(),
name,
description: description || '',
createdAt: new Date(),
updatedAt: new Date(),
flowCount: 0,
compositionCount: 0,
settings: { theme: 'space', gridSize: 20 },
metadata: { version: '1.0.0', tags: [] }
};
// Save to storage-system with namespace
await this.storage.put(`universe:${universe.id}:metadata`, universe);
// Update universes list
this.universes.update(list => [...list, universe]);
return universe;
}
async cloneUniverse(sourceId: string, newName: string): Promise<Universe> {
// Load source universe data
const sourceUniverse = await this.getUniverse(sourceId);
const flows = await this.storage.get(`universe:${sourceId}:flows`) || [];
const compositions = await this.storage.get(`universe:${sourceId}:compositions`) || [];
// Create new universe
const newUniverse = await this.createUniverse(newName, `Clone of ${sourceUniverse.name}`);
// Copy flows and compositions
await this.storage.put(`universe:${newUniverse.id}:flows`, flows);
await this.storage.put(`universe:${newUniverse.id}:compositions`, compositions);
return newUniverse;
}
}
Missing Components:
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/components/universe-selector/universe-selector.component.ts
@Component({
template: `
<div class="universe-selector">
<div class="current-universe" (click)="toggleDropdown()">
<div class="universe-info">
<i class="fas fa-globe"></i>
<span class="universe-name">{{ currentUniverse()?.name || 'No Universe' }}</span>
</div>
<i class="fas fa-chevron-down"></i>
</div>
@if (showDropdown()) {
<div class="universe-dropdown">
@for (universe of universes(); track universe.id) {
<div class="universe-item"
[class.active]="universe.id === currentUniverseId()"
(click)="selectUniverse(universe.id)">
<div class="universe-details">
<span class="name">{{ universe.name }}</span>
<span class="meta">{{ universe.flowCount }} flows, {{ universe.compositionCount }} compositions</span>
</div>
</div>
}
<div class="universe-actions">
<button class="btn-create" (click)="createNewUniverse()">
<i class="fas fa-plus"></i> New Universe
</button>
</div>
</div>
}
</div>
`
})
export class UniverseSelectorComponent {
private readonly universeManager = inject(UniverseManagerService);
readonly universes = this.universeManager.universes;
readonly currentUniverseId = this.universeManager.currentUniverseId;
readonly showDropdown = signal(false);
readonly currentUniverse = computed(() =>
this.universes().find(u => u.id === this.currentUniverseId())
);
}
🎯 PRIORITY 4: AI UI Components (Full Implementation)
Current Problem: Services exist but UI components are empty stubs.
Missing Implementation:
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/components/ai-code-review/ai-code-review.component.ts
@Component({
template: `
<div class="ai-code-review">
<!-- Code Input -->
<div class="code-input-section">

<label><input type="checkbox" [(ngModel)]="options.performance"> Performance Analysis</label>
<label><input type="checkbox" [(ngModel)]="options.accessibility"> Accessibility Check</label>
<label><input type="checkbox" [(ngModel)]="options.autoFix"> Generate Auto-fixes</label>
</div>
<button class="btn-primary"
(click)="startReview()"
[disabled]="isReviewing()"
[class.loading]="isReviewing()">
@if (isReviewing()) {
<i class="fas fa-spinner fa-spin"></i> Analyzing...
} @else {
<i class="fas fa-search"></i> Start Review
}
</button>
</div>
<!-- Review Results -->
@if (reviewResults()) {
<div class="review-results">
<h3>Review Results</h3>
<!-- Issues Found -->
<div class="issues-section">
@for (issue of reviewResults().issues; track issue.id) {
<div class="issue-card" [class]="'severity-' + issue.severity">
<div class="issue-header">
<i [class]="getIssueSeverityIcon(issue.severity)"></i>

<span class="severity-badge">{{ issue.severity }}</span>
</div>
<p class="issue-description">{{ issue.description }}</p>
<!-- Code Location -->
<div class="code-location">

</div>
<!-- Auto-fix Suggestion -->
@if (issue.autoFix) {
<div class="auto-fix">
<h5>Suggested Fix:</h5>
<pre class="fix-code">{{ issue.autoFix.code }}</pre>
<button class="btn-secondary" (click)="applyFix(issue.id)">

}
</div>
}
</div>

}
🎯 PRIORITY 5: Module Generation Pipeline (The Core Missing Piece)
This is THE missing piece for "Ferrari of vibe coding" - converting flows to complete modules.
Missing Service Implementation:
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/services/module-generator.service.ts
export class ModuleGeneratorService {
private readonly logicAI = inject(LogicAIService);
private readonly storage = inject(StorageService);
async generateModuleFromFlowComposition(compositionId: string): Promise<GeneratedModule> {
// 1. Load flow composition
const composition = await this.storage.get<FlowComposition>(`composition:${compositionId}`);
// 2. Analyze flows to determine module structure
const analysis = await this.analyzeComposition(composition);
// 3. Generate module manifest
const manifest: BrowserModuleContract = {
id: this.generateModuleId(),
name: composition.name,
version: '1.0.0',
type: 'feature',
navigation: this.generateNavigation(analysis),
embeddableComponents: this.generateEmbeddableComponents(analysis),
publicActions: this.generatePublicActions(analysis),
dependencies: this.calculateDependencies(analysis),
routes: this.generateRoutes(analysis)
};
// 4. Generate component files
const components = await this.generateComponents(analysis);
// 5. Generate service files
const services = await this.generateServices(composition.flowNodes);
// 6. Generate route files
const routes = this.generateRouteFiles(analysis);
return {
manifest,
components,
services,
routes,
tests: await this.generateTests(analysis)
};
}
private async generateComponents(analysis: CompositionAnalysis): Promise<GeneratedFile[]> {
const components: GeneratedFile[] = [];
for (const componentSpec of analysis.requiredComponents) {
// Generate TypeScript component file
const tsContent = await this.logicAI.generateComponentCode({
name: componentSpec.name,
inputs: componentSpec.inputs,
outputs: componentSpec.outputs,
template: componentSpec.template,
style: 'standalone',
changeDetection: 'OnPush'
});
components.push({
path: `src/lib/components/${componentSpec.name}/${componentSpec.name}.component.ts`,
content: tsContent
});
// Generate HTML template
const htmlContent = await this.logicAI.generateTemplate(componentSpec);
components.push({
path: `src/lib/components/${componentSpec.name}/${componentSpec.name}.component.html`,
content: htmlContent
});
// Generate SCSS styles
const scssContent = await this.logicAI.generateStyles(componentSpec);
components.push({
path: `src/lib/components/${componentSpec.name}/${componentSpec.name}.component.scss`,
content: scssContent
});
}
return components;
}
}
Missing Preview Component:
// libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/components/module-preview/module-preview.component.ts
@Component({
template: `
