π User Journey Improvements - Complete Integration
Date: October 28, 2025
Status: β
COMPLETED - Dashboard, Singularity, and Data Flow Connected
π― Overview
This document outlines the comprehensive improvements made to the user journey, connecting all platform components through the UnifiedDataService and fixing critical navigation issues.
β Completed Improvements
1. Dashboard - Connected to Real Data β
Problem: Dashboard was using UniverseManagerService which had stale/disconnected data. The "Machin Uni 1" universe couldn't be deleted and wasn't reflecting actual state.
Solution:
- β
Connected dashboard to
UnifiedDataServicefor real-time data - β Added universe deletion functionality with confirmation
- β Added "Clear All Data" button for testing/debugging
- β
Added comprehensive statistics cards showing:
- Total Pages
- Total Flows
- Total Modules
- Published Universes
- β
Fixed deployment status badges (using
deploymentStatusinstead ofstate)
Files Modified:

Key Features:
// Real-time data from UnifiedDataService
readonly universes = this.unifiedData.universesWithContent;
readonly pages = this.unifiedData.pagesWithMetadata;
readonly flows = this.unifiedData.flows;
readonly modules = this.unifiedData.modules;
// Delete universe
async deleteUniverse(universe: any): Promise<void> {
await this.spaceService.deleteUniverse(universe.id);
await this.unifiedData.refreshData(); // Refresh UI
}
// Clear all test data
async clearAllData(): Promise<void> {
await this.spaceService.clearAllData();
await this.unifiedData.refreshData();
}
2. Singularity - Globally Accessible β
Problem: Singularity required a universe context to access (/singularity/:universeId), but users need to create reusable flows before attaching them to specific universes.
Solution:
- β
Added GLOBAL mode routes:
/singularity(no universe required) - β
Kept universe-scoped routes:
/singularity/:universeId(for universe-specific context) - β
Updated
SingularityLayoutComponentto handle both modes - β
Added
globalModeflag in route data
Files Modified:
libs/singularity-lib/src/lib/singularity.routes.tslibs/singularity-lib/src/lib/components/singularity-layout/singularity-layout.component.ts
Route Structure:
// π GLOBAL routes (no universe required) - Create reusable flows
{
path: '',
component: SingularityLayoutComponent,
data: { requiresUniverse: false, globalMode: true },
children: [
{ path: 'dashboard', ... },
{ path: 'logic-builder', ... },
{ path: 'flow-composer', ... }
// ... all Singularity tools accessible globally
]
},
// π Universe-scoped routes (for universe-specific flows)
{
path: ':universeIdentifier',
component: SingularityLayoutComponent,
data: { requiresUniverse: true, globalMode: false },
children: [ /* same tools but with universe context */ ]
}
User Journey:
- Create Global Flows: Go to
/singularityβ Create reusable flows - Attach to Universe: In Editor β Flow Panel β Select from global flows
- Universe-Specific: Go to
/singularity/:universeIdβ Work with universe-specific flows
3. Navigation Hub - Quick Access β
Problem: Dashboard lacked quick navigation and didn't show meaningful statistics.
Solution:
- β Added statistics cards showing real counts
- β
Each universe card shows:
- Deployment status (Draft/Deployed/Archived)
- Created date
- Deployment URL (if published)
- Slug preview
- β
Quick action buttons:
- Open - Navigate to Space Map
- Settings - Edit universe (placeholder)
- Deploy - Publish draft (placeholder)
- Delete - Remove universe

π Data Flow Architecture
Unified Data Service - Single Source of Truth
All components now use UnifiedDataService:
// In app.component.ts (on init)
await unifiedData.loadSpaceData('default');
// In any component
class MyComponent {
private unifiedData = inject(UnifiedDataService);
// Access real-time data
universes = this.unifiedData.universesWithContent;
pages = this.unifiedData.pagesWithMetadata;
flows = this.unifiedData.flows;
modules = this.unifiedData.modules;
// Refresh after changes
async afterChange() {
await this.unifiedData.refreshData();
}
}
