Discovery: Tasks 3.1-3.3 (User Dossier schema, hydration, brief) were already built in Session 196. VittoSkill schema already existed from Sessions 100-128.

- DEFERRED — investigation revealed no actual circular dependency exists

Remaining Gaps (Prioritized for S203)
CRITICAL — Must verify before users touch the system
- E2E Generation Test (Plan Task 1.1) — The generation pipeline has NOT been tested with a real run since S200 fixes. Trigger "soccer club management" generation, verify all 6 phases, check GitLab output, confirm scaffold templates compile.
- Studio GitLab File Tree (Plan Task 1.2) —
VfsSyncService.setRepoContext()→refreshAllModulesFromRepo()chain has NOT been visually confirmed. - Deploy Pipeline (Plan Task 1.3) —
StudioDeployController+ Cloudflare Pages upload has NOT been tested with real generated code.
HIGH — Should fix soon
- Checkpoint Restore (Phase 4.1 gap) — Wire
CheckpointService.restore()intoVittoEngineService.recoverActiveTasks()so crashed tasks resume from last checkpoint instead of restarting. - Genome/Compressor Verification (Plan Task 2.3) —
ConversationGenomeService.compile()andhydrate()need a test run to confirm they still produce valid output after S201 cost tracking changes. - Skill Extraction Prompt Tuning —
SkillExtractionService.compressToSkill()uses a basic prompt. Needs real task data to validate output quality.
MEDIUM — Can wait
- rollbackCloudflare() indirection — Currently calls
createVersion()which triggers a NEW deploy rather than reverting to previous files. Works but is indirect. Could be improved by directly uploading the snapshot's file set. - Phase 6: Cloudflare Edge + MCP filtering — Ops/deployment work. Defer until Phases 1-5 are stable.
