Dev Stack Tasks — Documentation & MCP Convention

Session 131.5 — Added documentation and MCP convention so agents and developers know how to use the Dev Stack tasks.

What Was Done

1. Full documentation: docs/english/Developers/dev-stack-tasks.md

   • Start tasks (Dev Stack All, APIs Only, Frontend Only, All + Docs)
   • Kill tasks (Dev Stack Kill, Kill Ports Only)
   • Port mapping and .env.local
   • Guidance for agents and developers

2. AGENTS.md update: Added "Dev Stack Tasks" section with quick reference and link to full docs.

3. MCP convention: Added to .cursor/ai-memory/conventions.json under development-workflow:

   • get_conventions({ category: "development-workflow" }) will surface this for agents
   • Rule: Use tasks to start/stop, Dev Stack (Kill) for clean shutdown, Terminal: Kill All Terminals for tabs

• Before starting dev work: preflight() may return conventions including dev stack usage.
• Or query explicitly: get_conventions({ category: "development-workflow" })
