Tool Integration Pattern
Every tool follows the same dual-access pattern:
Standalone Route
Direct access for focused work on a single tool.

Behavior
The service now covers handoff between ALL tools, not just from vibe-universe. Any tool can hand off to any other tool with context preservation.
