Session 29.6: Critical Diagnosis - AI Response Parsing Failure

Issue Summary

While intent detection now works ("intent": "create-universe" ✅), the galaxy extraction is failing, causing fallback logic to create poor quality structures.

Evidence

Console Logs:

⚠️ AI intent analysis failed, using fallback
⚠️ AI did not provide galaxies! Falling back to intelligent extraction

Generated Nodes:

• "Management Management" (duplicate keyword)
• "Management Main"
• "Soccer Main"
• Multiple nodes with route /management (conflict!)

Root Cause

The AI response JSON structure doesn't match our extraction code. We're looking for:

But AI might be returning:

1. Log the FULL AI response (not truncated)
2. Parse multiple possible JSON structures
