New Category: Outcome Tracking
track_outcome
Purpose: Track the outcome of any decision with backend trigger activation
When to Use:
- After completing a task based on a previous decision
- To record whether an implementation was successful
- To enable the learning system to extract patterns
Example:
track_outcome({
decisionId: "dec-abc123",
outcome: "success",
impact: "high",
notes: "Feature shipped without issues",
metrics: {
buildTime: 45000,
testsPassed: 23,
coverage: 87
}
})
Response:
{
success: true,
message: "Outcome tracked: ✅ Success (2 triggers activated)",
triggersActivated: [
{ triggerId: "trig-1", triggerType: "pattern_extraction" },
{ triggerId: "trig-2", triggerType: "rule_update" }
],
learningJobsQueued: 2
}
report_module_outcome
Purpose: Report outcomes specific to generated code modules
When to Use:
- After using a generated module in production
- To provide feedback on code generation quality
- To improve future module generation
Example:
report_module_outcome({
moduleId: "mod-entity-123",
outcome: "success",
wasDropped: true, // Used without changes
editCount: 0, // No edits needed
buildSuccess: true, // Build passed
deployedToProduction: true,
wasDeleted: false,
feedback: "Perfect module generation"
})
Response:
{
success: true,
wasSuccessful: true,
confidence: 0.9,
learnings: [
"Module generated correctly on first try",
"Build succeeded without errors",
"Module deployed to production successfully",
"Category: entity-crud - Quality score: 92"
]
}

Documentation Standards Applied
1. Tool Documentation Template
Every tool must have:
### `tool_name`
**Category:** Category Name
**Added:** Session XX
**Description:** What the tool does
**Input Schema:**
- `requiredParam` (required): Description
- `optionalParam` (optional): Description
**Response:**
- `success`: boolean
- `data`: Response data description
**Example:**
\`\`\`typescript
tool_name({
requiredParam: "value"
})
\`\`\`
**Related Tools:** list of related tools
2. Category Documentation
